Aveno The Netherlands
Aveno The Netherlands was established on February 2009 after a re-organization of the Food4U management. Earlier known as Food4U and Romi Smilfood. Aveno The Netherlands offers baking fat, pre-crystallised fats, fats in paste form, powdered form and semi liquid fats.
Aveno The Netherlands also has a number of well known customers, Unilever, Puratos, CSM and Campina amongst them. The installed production capacity is 40,000 Mt per year at the moment.
Aveno The Netherlands has the possibility to use a large range of oils and fats as basic ingredients for the production of margarine. Because of this, we can produce a wide variety of different margarines, ranging from spreadable margarine, to margarines that still have a good consistency and spreadability at 40 degrees Celsius.
We are one of the few producers who can fill products into different types of tins. These type of margarines are especially suitable for the tropics, where refrigeration is not always available.
