Our packing lines are automated and in enclosed hygienic environment. Sizes range from 250 ml bottles to 190 kg drums and 1000 Ltr IBC’s. Cans and margarine packaging include lithographic tins (round / square), integrated manufacturing of PET bottles, HDPE jerry cans, full colour Bottle in box, margarine tubs, (round / square), bag in box cartons, wrap around cartons (1 X 10 Kg, 2 X 5 Kg, 4 X 2,5 Kg), carton less pallet box, and bulk flexi tanks.

Our Microsoft Dynamics NAV en SI Foodware system guarantees immediate traceability and enables us to discover, to avoid and to solve bottlenecks in the production process. This internal system follows your product from start to finish and we can recall from delivery of the oil batch till delivery of the final product at the customer at all times.

Our group works with about 60 countries worldwide through a network of local distributors, in some countries, Aveno has its own structure. Each of the European and overseas operational offices and distributors are in constant touch with the central Belgian office, and some of them have a own commercial network, warehouse and can offer the clients an extremely qualified, high quality customer assistance.  

As a supplier of raw food materials, Aveno aims at the highest possible standards. Our production is subject to very strict quality controls on different levels so that the final product exceeds the European directions concerning food hygiene.

We have an EFSIS BRC higher lever certificate of conformity which provides guide lines for raw material selection, products development,  production planning, quality control, and customer service for the application of the final product.

Logistics and trading are guaranteed by a specialised operational structure that is connected in real time Reuters screens, to the raw material markets worldwide.
